Wladyslawa Bienias, 88, of Perth Amboy passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, December 23, 2021.
Born and raised in Poland, Wladyslawa came to the United States in 1978 settling in Perth Amboy. She retired in 1998 after working for 20 years in Raritan bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. She was a long-time communicant of Saint Stephen’s (now St. John Paul II Parish) Church of Perth Amboy. She enjoyed gardening, tending her flowers and spending time at the Englishtown Auction. She especially looked forward to cooking for many holiday get-togethers.
Predeceased by her husband Czeslaw Bienias in 1990, her daughter Helena Zakrzewski in 2001 and, her parents and five siblings, she is survived by her daughter Urszula Bienias; her grandchildren Victoria and Marcin Zakrzewski, and; Uncle Bobby Teneta.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, December 29th at 9:00 AM from Zylka Funeral Home 513 State Street, Perth Amboy, followed by a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial from St. Stephen’s Church, Perth Amboy. Interment will be in Our lady of Czestochowa Cemetery 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA at 1:00 PM. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 28th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
