Judith Landmesser

Judith Landmesser, 67, of Woodbridge passed away suddenly at her home on Sunday, July 10, 2022.

Born and raised in Perth Amboy, Judith settled in Woodbridge in 1988. She graduated from Perth Amboy High School and then went on to study nursing at the former Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing at Perth Amboy General Hospital. After graduating as a Registered Nurse, she went on to work at the hospital for 48 years as an orthopedic nurse. She also spent many years as a nursing supervisor before electing to return to direct patient care. Judith loved spending time with her family and taking trips with them. She was always there to help anyone that needed a helping hand or advice.

Predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Cecilia Fabiszewski and her sister Catherine LaRocca, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, Allen Landmesser; her son Benjamin Landmesser, and her siblings Gerald Fabiszewski and Joanne Castello.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 14th from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Zylka Funeral Home, 513 State Street, Perth Amboy. Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Judith's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
